Our Powder Coating Process

We begin by thoroughly cleaning and preparing each part using a 7-stage system that includes an acid bath, enabling effective coating of oxygen-cut parts. This preparation ensures optimal adhesion and finish quality. The parts then proceed through two heated stages—utilizing Laser TERJ SA310 and GF Clean 1052 units—for precise surface readiness. Finally, the GAT wash booth and GEMA paint booth apply the powder coating, and the parts are cured in Midwest Finishing Systems (MFS) ovens to achieve a durable and uniform finish.
